Tip #7: Consider an inflatable pillow for all flights

The airlines don't wash the pillows they give out, and airplanes are hotbeds of germs in tight quarters. The last thing you want is to catch a cold while heading out on your vacation. Do you really want to put your head on a pillow you're sharing with the last 50 passengers?
